The start will be a small set of lots that I already advertised in my lot section for Twinbrook to fill the last remaining empty plots (well, one is missing because I filled it with a lot from MTS)
I have redone a lot of the stuff since uploading the pictures and removed all Store stuff I had in them (see notes)
And as I uploaded all 4 now you will find that they are all still lacking in terms of furnishing.
Farnham Place
For the 30x30 lot at the beginning of Sweetwater Loop.
Built after a real house in Metairie, Louisiana. Farnham Place is the name of the road.
It comes with horribly sized rooms and a basement built into the low foundation.
Uses 1 piece of cc - an awesims cornice.
For this the removal of Store stuff was a bit tough, because I used walls from Monte Vista to give the outside a more profiled look and a fence from Roaring Heights for the chimney. I left one sample of the fence on the lot and the left side still has some of the walls in the frieze area left over, in case you have them and want to use my CASting.
In the bedroom there's also a bookcase standing around from Roaring Heights that I thought fits better there; you'll notice it because it stands in the middle of the room next to the bed. Place it where the GEN shelf is if you own that world.
Sterling Jab
A 30x20 lot that goes on the empty plot between the Riddle house and the Spa building.
It is an almost identical copy of a house in Midnight Hollow but rebuilt to fit a different lot direction. The shed in the back contains access to a basement built into the foundation.
Almost fully furnished, but like in the original with pastel colours, heavily leaning versus pink.
I removed every Store item, including those for Midnight Hollow and did some reshuffling of the back shed and reworked the balcony at the front.
The Madisonville
For the other empty 30x30 lot on Sweetwater Loop, between the Castors and the Greenwoods house.
Built inspired by a real house in Madisonville, LA, hence the name.
Basement built into the foundation at the back, too.
A lot of empty rooms still.
The Triplet Decker
A 30x20 lot for the one remaining empty plot on the little half island with the houses on stilts.
Three almost identical studio flats and one common kitchen.
It's a bit of a monstrosity, but somehow it fits into the neighbourhood. The deck foundation was copied from the Brandt house diagonally across the street. Has the most Store furnishings and is the least inspired of the four
For this the removal of Store stuff was the most deplorable because it made heavy use of the thin metal columns from Lucky Palms. If you have them the CASting of the current LN ones is identical.
Three of the blinds on the ground floor are also a different colour from the rest. These were Lucky Palms curtains.
You might also notice that the wallpapers in the three bedrooms are just variations of the same theme. I'm horrible at making decisions, but I was definite on the dark purple-bright yellow colour scheme.
General note on cheats usage:
I used MOO for some of the columns in Farnham Place and CFE on three lots only for the foundation walls leading down to the basements and the frieze walls leading up to attics.
BONUS:
As a bonus the zip also contains a Sim, because I happen to like her quite a bit. She's a typical Twinbrookian in two respects: She has a
punny silly name, Radha Sharpe, and she has one of the two ear types that are common in TB citizens. You'll notice it when you change her hairdo ...
She doesn't wear anything CC or from the Store but from various EPs and SPs and uses only the default sliders. At the moment in my game she is still a bit boring as an inactive, as she has the tendency to leave her house in the swamp on foot and by the time she arrives in town it's already dark and so she leaves again (in a car of course
)

HereETA: I'm sure you're mature enough to deal with the fact that the photos are not exactly picturing the actual lots anymore.
